The Company has entered into a worldwide product distribution agreement with Electronic Arts, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS). As the preeminent brand in video game distribution, Electronic Arts has a global network of retail relationships that are second to none in the industry. Even the best designed video game can fall short of its true revenue potential technical if it doesn't own a piece of the retail shelf. With Electronic Arts as Red Eagle Games' distribution partner, the Company can be assured that its game products will be made available to retail customers throughout the world.

Red Eagle Entertainment

The Company's Wheel of Time game products are expected to receive a boost from the efforts of the Company's founding shareholder, Red Eagle Entertainment, LLC ("Red Eagle Entertainment"). Rick Selvage and Larry Mondragon, the principals of Red Eagle Entertainment, are producing a live-action motion picture in partnership with Universal Pictures that will be based upon the first novel in Jordan's series, tentatively entitled The Eye of the World. The high profile of this feature film is expected to significantly benefit the Company's introduction of its related video game products.
